In XXL we are one team and now we are looking for a Project Lead
to strengthen our Concept implementation project team.

You will be a key player to secure successful store projects across all Markets.

Key responsibilities:

• Planing of projects according to timeline and budget in project tracker.
• Facilitate all meetings before, under and after the project with internal and external key stakeholders to provide necessary information and track the project.
• Define resources needed for the project and put together a support team.
• Start-up meeting with support team & operating stakeholders to present the project plan, WoW, policy's, routines, responsibilities and organization structure during the project.
• Keep track of the project plan to secure timeline and budget. Adjust plan when needed in collaboration with Project Coordinator and update all stakeholders.
• Weekly meetings with support team and operating stakeholders to update and present tracking of the project plan.
• Secure daily plans communicated to all team members in the project and follow-up to ensure all understand their responsibilities and timeline for daily tasks.
• Daily and weekly follow-up with Project Support to ensure all tasks are executed according to daily, weekly plan. You will provide support and adjust resources within the project if needed.
• Make a snagging list with timeline and share with accountable functions. Invite follow-up meetings.
• Summarize the project and invite all stakeholders for a follow-up meeting to collect best practice.

Depending on the complexity of projects you can run several projects at the same time.

• Great communication skills both in written and verbal
• Strong in planing and prioritizing with a natural eye for structure
• Skilled in dealing with ambiguity
• Experience from similar job is a benefit but retail experience is a requirement

The role requires traveling.

You will be a part of the Concept implementation team and repport to VP VM
