At XXL we are one team and now we are looking for a VM content creator. 

Responsible for assuring best assortment presentation in Retail Channel, through clear commercial and conceptual guidelines.

We work cross functionally across the organization to deliver the most optimal value for our customers, company and its employees.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan your daily, weekly and monthly work according to XXL Commercial Calendar and VM/Concept project plan, secure delivery of content and guidelines according to timeline.
• You will create VM content for ALL guidelines by merchandising/building instore, collecting pictures from Store VM or creating planograms.

• In collaboration with ISC creator (Marketing) make an ISC overview and guidelines for all commercial campaigns including window.

• Produce VM guidelines for all commercial campaigns inclining all Joint Marketing campaigns (weekly and monthly)

• I collaboration with VP VM create VM and ISC guidelines for all seasonal shifts (quarterly)

• Produce VM and ISC guidelines for conceptual updates of destinations and in-store activations.

• Create conceptual core guidelines for VM, ISC, Styling and Window.

• Onsite support on collabs and JM events when needed.

• In collaboration with VP VM you will support weekly follow-up with Store VM to ensure level of execution from guidelines.

What are we looking for: 

• A structured, creative person with good communication skills both in written and verbally. 
• Minimun 5 years experience from retail, preferably from this kind of role or from working with instore VM. 

You will be a part of the Central VM team and report to VP VM. The role is located in our office in Stockholm or Oslo. 

The position is temporary for 1 year but can be extended.
